Recipe: Salmon and Fettuccini Salad w/ Ginger Peach Chutney Dressing


Recipe Ingredients

One 9 oz. jar Aloha From Oregon Ginger Peach Chutney
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix together & toss with Dressing:
1 package fettuccini cooked al dente
1 lb. poached fresh salmon or 1/2 lb. smoked salmon
1 medium red onion chopped

Recipe Instructions

Serve Salmon and Fettuccini Salad with Ginger Peach Chutney Dressing at room temperature or chilled as an entrée or side dish. This is very pretty with extra sprigs of dill and a few rings of red onion on top.
