Recipe Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage, grated or
finely chopped
1 med onion, finely chopped
2 med carrots, grated1/3 cup sugar (put on top of
cabbage, onions and carrots
Heat to Boil:
½ cup salad oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1½ tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. Aloha From Oregon pepper jelly (habanero,
pineapple or plum ginger thai are our favorites)
