Recipe Instructions
In one bowl, zest the orange and
squeeze all the juice from it. Add Aloha From Oregon Garlic Pepper Jelly,
chili sauce and cornstarch. Mix together. In a small
bowl combine the mashed garlic, ginger and chopped green
onions.
Clean shrimp & pat dry. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, and
then lightly dust them with cornstarch.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil until it is hot, but
not smoking. Add the shrimp and cook for about a minute.
Turn over and lower heat. Cook another minute. Push the
shrimp to outside edge, making a well in the center of
the pan. Add a small amount of oil and add the garlic,
ginger and green onions. Sauté for a few seconds then
mix in with the shrimp. Turn up the heat. Add the bowls
contents with the orange juice mixture and mix well with
the shrimp. Serve immediately over rice.
