Recipe Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1/4 lb pork sausage
2 eggs
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1 jar Aloha From Oregon Habanero Pepper Jelly or Apricot Pepper Jelly for a not so hot version

Recipe Instructions

Mix meats, eggs, tomato sauce, onions garlic, seasonings & 3/4 jar of Aloha From Oregon Habanero Pepper Jelly with hands until blended. Mix in bread. Spread meatloaf in ungreased loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350° until cooked through, about 1 hour & 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes then remove from pan. Glaze top of the meatloaf with the other 1/4 a jar of pepper jelly.
