Recipe: Jalapeño Cornbread

Recipe Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz can cream-style corn
1 jar Aloha From Oregon Jalapeño Pepper Chutney
3 tbs Aloha From Oregon Jalepeño Pepper Jelly |
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° . Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl combine cornmeal, salt & baking soda. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
