Recipe: Balsamic BBQ Ham Sandwiches


Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
6 tbs brown sugar
6 tbs water
1 1/2 - 12 oz bottles sweet chili sauce
3 lbs chipped chopped ham
12 sandwich buns, split
1 - 10 oz jar Aloha From Oregon Balsamic Grape Pepper Jelly

Recipe Instructions

Stir together Aloha From Oregon Balsamic Grape Pepper Jelly, paprika, mustard powder, brown sugar, chili sauce, & water in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, turn heat to low & simmer for 5 mintues. Mix in the chipped ham & stir to combine with sauce. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, bring the sauce & ham slowly to a simmer over low heat & cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Spoon ham onto sandwich buns to serve.
