2 medium ripe pears peeled & halved
4 tsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp melted Aloha From Oregon Sweet Wine Jelly
Recipe Instructions
Place pear halves cut side up, in a shallow 1 qt. baking dish.
Place butter in the center of each; drizzle with lemon juice. Combine sugar &
cinnamon; sprinkle over pears. Drizzle with Aloha From Oregon Sweet Wine Jelly.
Cover & bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes or until heated through & tender.
