Recipe Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg,
milk, ginger, & salt. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place meatballs in skillet &
cook until evenly browned & meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat. In a small
bowl, combine soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice & Aloha From Oregon Pineapple
Pepper Jelly. Heat in microwave for 1 minute, then pour into skillet with
meatballs. Cook, stirring constantly until meatballs are coated in pepper jelly
mixture. Stir in the green pepper & pineapple chunks. Heat through.
