Recipe: Pepper Jelly Crab Wontons

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. whipped cream cheese
1/4 lb. lump crab meat

4 Tbsp. green onions, chopped

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

1 package wonton wrappers

Aloha From Oregon Pineapple Pepper Jelly (or your favorite flavor)

Recipe Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except for wonton wrappers and pepper jelly. Chill in the fridge while preparing the wontons. Lightly grease mini-muffin tins. Press one wonton in each cup and bake 5 minutes at 350. Remove from tins and place on baking sheet. Fill each wonton with 1 Tbsp. Crab mixture. Bake an additional 10 minutes until heated through. Serve with melted Aloha From Oregon pepper jelly. We love the fruit flavors especially the Pineapple.
